Montreal police (SPVM) are investigating after a woman was stabbed in the Plateau on Monday afternoon.
Police say a 911 call at around 3:10 p.m. prompted officers to respond to St-Urbain Street near Marie-Anne Street.
The woman was located with injuries caused by an edged weapon to the upper body, police say.
A perimeter is in place and St-Urbain is closed heading south from Mont-Royal Avenue.
